Season 3 Discussion... Contains Spoilers for 1-2 (3 as it airs)

I'd say just a very few months. I hadn't even noticed that, but yeah, you're right.

The reason why I ask (besides just being curious) is Arlene's pregnancy. Since it seems like she really is pregnant, wouldn't it more than likely be Rene's baby? Cuz like, when did she & Terry get together? It wasn't that much before the whole orgy celebration time. And you don't start getting sick and stuff until like a month at least, right? It's no biggie, just an interesting thing I thought of when I saw the episode the other night. They'll probably make it Terry's baby but it would be interesting if it wasn't.

Just in case you're interested in the details, my friend latbfan over at Bill's Wiki'd Women came up with this timeline for Arlene.

"Arlene thinks "Please let me get my period tonight," in 1.2, which is Night 4. If it's Rene's, that would make Arlene about 2 weeks pregnant at that point. Tara's b-day party, which is the first time Arlene and Terry have sex (I'm fairly sure) is Night 34. (Arlene would be about 6 weeks pregnant). If the baby's Terry's, and she got pregnant that night, S3 will open on Night 41, so Arlene would be a week away from missing her period, which wouldn't even show up on a pregnancy test, or about 7 weeks pregnant with Rene's. I'm thinking it's Rene's."

A complete True Blood Timeline would be an awesome addition if any one wants to take it on. I can't, my memory ain't what it used to be!

I especially liked Eric getting all demanding on Sookie, just the right amount of "I'm trying to save your life as well as get you into bed" in his voice.

I liked the new vampire played by James Frain,he's been in a few shows I've watched, he was Thomas Cromwell in The Tudors. he was the Vampire talking to Tara at Merlot's.

Not feeling anything about the Sam arch, hopefully there will be something interesting about it.

Me too. I find Sam's parts to be a total snooze fest so far. That was pretty shitty of his brother though.


Oh you know who else I am not happy about being back... Lorena. I was over her before and now she's back she's just gonna fuck up everything and, I don't know, just don't like her at all.

At the very end, the lady came into the dining room and was all like Hey, Guess Who's Back? Bill looked at her all meanish and then threw something at her which made her catch on fire and she stumbled out into the hall in flames.

Yeah!! They went a little extreme with that part too didn't they? or else she was overacting. She is so the "Keller" of True Blood.

I don't know. It was right after Jason and Andy french-kissed in the police car after Jason caught the crook.

I think I may have to watch the episode a bit later than I am as I'm tired by the time it comes over here, will watch the following day and maybe remember most of it.

I am so over Lorena and Bill. If I never saw either of them on the show again, I'd be fine with that. Sam's story has picked up a little, but it's still a snooze fest. I was looking forward to Jason being a police officer, but this season he seems to have developed a conscious that he has never had before so he's throwing a job that would be perfect for him away. I felt bad for the poor Sheriff, but him quitting the way he did was funny as hell, and I don't blame him. You don't expect that much serious crime when you live in a place like that.

You go Pam girl. Sounded like an big cat eating on a dead carcass. You were right about the baby, but I still went 'aaaawwhh' when ?Terry? got all excited. If I had of been Arlene, I probably couldn't have told him the truth either. What's it going to hurt? The kid would probably be ostracized with his dad being a serial killer and all, and men are pretty easy to dupe about due dates and stuff so why not.

What's up with Tara's new beau. He's kind of scary, and exactly what was he doing in the bedroom that was different, I didn't really catch it and didn't want to rewind because neither one of them are hot enough for me to want to see that twice. Why exactly did Eric buy Lafayette that car? Do you really think it's because he finds Lafayette to be such a great employee? I loved when he called him sweetheart. Eric is so natural with it, and DAMN! he's sexy. And it's nice to see Patrick Swayze's brother again, but how the hell did I miss that that was him in the car? I guess I wasn't expecting to see a Swayze high on V rubbing his nipples in a suggestive manner.

I really like the start with Eric taking the bullet to get the Werewolf to speak, when he said Jackson, I thought, OOOH isn't that where Cougar lives? I did wonder if he was going to ask Sookie for some of his blood. Leonora and Bill are a bit snooze fest but then it keeps Sookie clear for Eric and I really want those two to get together.

Sam and his family, well, it's not the best arch but I've never been keen on Sam. His dad and those underpants ewwww.

Jason as a police officer, please he's too dumb to get the questions wrong he just stares! I do like the Sheriff and yeah I hope Andy gets him to stay.

The Werewolf bar was full of red necks in my opinion, emos/goths in Fangtasia lol. I was disappointed Alcide didn't fight better, he seemed a bit whimpy.

Tara and that vamp are weird. Did I miss something but when did vamp sex become that much of a high ?

How come the female vamps look sexy and yet the guys look like they've not slept for a week, bags under eyes and red rimmed lids?

I don't know. I know a lot of cops, and they aren't too much smarter than Jason.

You're right about Alcide. I hadn't even thought about that, but his fighting skills are somewhat weak so far.

I noticed that about the male vampires as well last night. I hope they clean them up. Eric usually looks good, but they even dirtied him up some last night.
