Well, didn't he actually kill him, not just send him back? I can't remember really.
Re: Season 6 Discussion... Contains Spoilers for 1-5 (6 as it airs)
He did but here's the confusing bit. Once they died the people ended up in hell and centurys later turned into demons, according to original Ruby.
So, they're dead again so ... what makes this dead different from their original death.

Ah true, see, I hate it when shows start making up new rules and forgetting about stuff they did earlier. You'd think they would be on top of that. Happened a bunch of times with TB too.

I guess that's what happens when everthing is made up.
Plus is means nobody is ever really dead. Talking of which I was watching the SOA episode with Ash in it, episode 3 season 2.

He played a drug dealer being supported by the White Hate.
Yeah I know there has to be some kind of binding spell which stops a soul or whatever it is from reincarnating itself.

Live Free of Twihard ... I'm not sure.
See for me at the moment RL is a bit sucky in departments (neighbour) so I'm not a 100% concentrating on shows so I need them to grab me more than usual and I'm not sure this episode did. Yes I liked it because well it's SPN but ... I don't think this episode worked as well as I'd hoped.
Dean being turned for instance, um, don't you have to be bitten? Does it seem that Dean is making rookie mistakes with demons, vamps etc. I felt that once he was turned it was rushed too much.
Thumbs up for Grandpa, he noticed Sam so I'm not 100% sure he's evils.
Now Sam, there are two issues here firstly. OMG if you didn't think so before well hello there is most definitely something wrong in Sammy Land. Did you see that smile as Sam watched the vamp attack Dean? He didn't exactly rush to help Dean which was noticed!
Now here's the second issues, what's wrong with Sam. I have a theory I don't know anything so its me rambling. I think Sam is getting information for something, I don't know who or what but he's gathering information, remember he asked Dean after he was turned, "What was it like?". Weirdie McWeirdaton!!!!!!
I have read views of others and a few reckon he has no soul, maybe not.
I am glad that it seems the issue maybe being dealt with next week. I hope so, Sam is scary!

I'm going to have to miss tonight's show, and I'm upset about that. Oh well... I can't wait to find out what is wrong with Sam. It's driving me crazy.

Re: Season 6 Discussion... Contains Spoilers for 1-5 (6 as it airs)
Yikes tonight was old school SPN, going to leave my thoughts in a spoiler as people are catching up.
- Spoiler:
Tonights episode started out with some old fashioned home truths, think there's needed to be a few between Sam and Dean. The lads investigate a series of suicides in a town (name blah) it turns out that the arch angel Gabriels horn is about. Now I know some are not convinced on the whole weapons lost thing but it was beside the point here a little.
It was good to see Castiel back albeit fleeting, looks like poor Jimmy/Castiel is being asked by upstairs to do things that are not settling well, he promises Dean he will try to get answers about Sam.
For me the best scenes were Dean getting some home truths. At first Dean is in a bar and asks out loud for honesty. The woman at the table nearby tells Dean about her boob job and wants attention, good ole Dean reacts exactly as he used to!
Looks like Deans relationship with Lisa has hit rock bottom, not surprising after shoving Ben the week before and having no explanation although Lisa doesn't like that Sam is back.
So according to the plan this means Sam must tell the truth and so Dean asks his questions and well, nothing but we all know that the answers were just lies.
The story moves to the MOTW (Monster Of The Week), a cat god/truth telling reporter. The boys track her down and attempt to kill her of course this doesn't quite go to plan.
Our boys are tied up and she begins to question the guys, I really liked that scene as it finally got our boys together and maybe just the first sign of honesty. Dean finally comes to terms with the idea that his wanting a family doesn't mean its the healthest option as he's a hunter/killer and its the thing he does best, (that and look damn hot).
Sams turn, the goddess knows Sam is lying and even accuses him of not being human which of course sets Dean back on course to not trust his brother. It's only after the guys get loose and kill the goddess, ( a bit harsh I think as if you didn't spend all your life lying then you'd be fine, maybe), the conversation ensues with the boys with Sam finally admitting he's known all along something isn't right. He feels empty, he doesn't care (this is where I began to nod and say you've got no soul Sammy). Deans response was to beat on his brother/doppleganger until he was unconcious.
I think this finally sets up the season for dealing with Sam.
To me tonights episode really felt like the old style, in fact the only one which felt Kripkieish, I will look again and see who wrote it etc etc.
Really want to know what people think, I believe that this is the episode that Buzz will feel is SPN again.
Re: Season 6 Discussion... Contains Spoilers for 1-5 (6 as it airs)
Alright, so I am all caught up again! I don't really feel like going in depth right now (mainly cuz I'm just yackin with myself right now).
The Vampire Episode - aiight... I feel asleep watching it so I didn't really see the last section but my friend filled me in. I know that beginning part was a spoof on Twilight and while it was funny enough, it went on way too long. Honestly, the episode was just a stepping stone to the big reveal of the following week for me. SPeaking of...
The Truth Episode - Damn, I would never want the ability to know what people really think cuz I would have a rough time not doing myself in too, lol! Anyway, the only part of the episode I really cared about was where we find out what is wrong with my Sammy Wammy, err, Sam, which we pretty much got from the previews & stuff. Dean really beat the shit out of him at the end there though, lol! Can't say I would not have done the same...
The Newman Episode - OMG, I like totally busted a gut real loud, all by myself watching this epsiode when Dean said, "Hello Newman." to Parker Lewis! I was never really even that big into Seinfeld but, IDK, I just found it hilariously perfect, especially since it was kinda like he didn't get why Dean was calling him that. So... Sam's lost his soul. Who called that... lol! Anyway, I actually enjoyed this episode, which is more than I can say for pretty much this whole season. Kinda felt like things were getting back on track for me and now we've got the setup for the rest of the season. Is it just me or does Crowley friggin OWN every scene he's in?!?! Especially tonight. He puts everyone in there place so perfectly. That alpha vamp was pretty badass too, liked him. I wonder what Crowley's holding over Gramps's head... Did anyone catch the previews for next week? It looked weird. I mean, I'm still gonna watch it but IDK, something seemed off. I think I'll continue to bank episodes & watch them back to back still but I must say that I was really relieved to finally walk away with something good from an episode.

Re: Season 6 Discussion... Contains Spoilers for 1-5 (6 as it airs)
Trying to think about the last episode as I was coming down with this bug and not really paying too much attention but yes Crowley rocks.
I'm deliberately not watching the episodes over again as I plan to re-watch them during the Christmas hiatus.
I think the issue with SPN this season is that it's not BAD just different, its not as dark and the characters to me are more grown. I prefer Dean of old but love Sam of now. Some times the writers seem to find the answer quickly or resolution comes too quickly by that I mean they find a way to kill something quicker than before.
I miss Kripkie but still really enjoy watching the guys.

Sam, Sam, Sam yep I mean Buzz ...
Watched Friday's episode it was AWESOME okay now I HAVE to tell you something Dean said to Sam which was as funny as hell but doesn't spoil the plot.

- Spoiler:
Loved it when Sam was being clinically (no soul) and Dean turned to Sam and said, "Thanks Dexter" I laughed and thought Buzz so like that!
