Season 6 Discussion... Contains Spoilers for 1-5 (6 as it airs)

I thought we could use here to discuss season 6 if you want to. I know it's a long way off but I'm not that patient, lol.

I'd ask any real information be posted as spoilered so not to ruin the opening episode.

We can start a thread near the time or alter this one to discuss the season without spoilering after its actually under way.

I can't even begin to guess how they're going to get the whole gang together again. I'm worried about another catastrophe, but how else can they do it? I don't see Dean bringing the family along to show them what he used to do. I'm not wanting a five years in the future, Dean owning his own mechanic shop, happy for a change, and then some evil thing taking off with his wife and kid(s). I'm kind of over the five years into the future thing. It totally made me stop watching another show that did that last year.

I agree Ghost Whisperer did the same thing.

I have no idea but I shall think on and come up with some hopes.

Okay ... EEEEEEEEEEKKKKKKK I just found an interview given by Jensen in LA recently, actually after the end of Season 5. It's about his acting etc etc and Season 6 and it has SPOILERS in it so I shall try to edit it all and put on here tomorrow.

So Sera Gamble will be in charge with Kripkie having the last word. You know I checked a few episodes and found all my favourite episodes have been written by Ben Edlund.

I heard someone say Sera Gamble must be a Sam girl whumper because it's her episodes where Sam is always tied up, down, or beaten up.

Oh well then, I guess Sera is my new best friend! LMAO, j/k, as long as it pertains to the episode...

I think they've started handing more out to Sam now, Dean always used to get whumped but Sam's getting more.

She's a talented writer and I think the next season will be interesting.

It will be as long as we get our supporting cast back, no mention yet who is back or not but I hope Bobby, Cas, Ash and Crowley.

Hmm, I don't know about Ash (I like the character but I don't want ghosts hanging around or anything) but definitely the other three. Maybe Jim Beaver will be a series regular...

Do you mean all of these years, he's been considered guest appearing?

Yup. Castiel was a series reg last season but damned if he didn't appear as a guest star...

Yes, they always state even now the only two regular cast members are Jared and Jensen.

I would think that when he died, no matter how long he was dead for, would count and everything would be back to normal. Then again, that's a reason for Crowley to show back up...

Your point though about if he died breaks the pact. Doesn't that mean Crowley gets his soul quicker?

Yeah, but since he's back now, shouldn't that all be done and completed? I don't mind if the whole storyline comes back cuz that's an easy in for Crowley, who I enjoy very much on the show. But like every other point, it's gotta be entertaining or I'm done with it.

EEEK hang in there sometimes things get rocky but then get better, look at Heroes.

Yeah, I know. It has to get really really reall bad for me to stop. I was actually one week away from quitting Heroes altogether and then they magically fixed everything I hated in one episode. Swear it was like they were listening in on me! And hey, watched a good portion of SGA season 5...

Mind you I did fast forward some and have never played them again on the dvd.

Well I didn't come on board with the show til halfway thru season 5 and the episodes I saw were horrendous. I have them on dvd but haven't mustered the strength or patience to watch them. Like, I've never seen when Keller actually picks McKay over Ronon.

I know I've got issues. I'm loyal to a fault. I will stick with something way past time that I should. I would have even probably watched SGU, but luckily I had finally made my way to the underbelly of sci-fi watching on the internet and discovered how TPTB think of the fans before I had to endure that torture. I'm loyal to a fault, but once i find the loyalty isn't returned, I'm outta there. I will be honest though. SGA "Las Vegas" came on the other day, and I deleted it without the least bit of guilt. Sorry Flan.

Oooh!! Don't get me started about when she tells Ronon she's not into him. She had been a total bitch the whole show even after he saves her life. Oooh!! I could have bitch slapped that woman into another galaxy.
