That's a complicated book too as you have to remember everything. Good book though. I haven't finished the third one yet I started it but it was tough going.

Hey did you see the Kindle is bringing out a basic version which is much much cheaper than the others? It's about £90 here it holds half of what the normal Kindle does and it's not the Fire one but good idea if you want it but have to save.

Yeah, I wish they would hurry up and release those new ones. I'm curious to read the reviews on the Fire.

I thought it was available in the US already. I'd like one it's a Kindle and an Ipad. It will be double the cost here, for some reason gadgets always are.

I'd be careful for a while, every time something like this comes out there are numerous fixes needed to iron out the problems. I'd wait a few months especially as it might be in the new year sales for a little less.

I was going to get a kindle for my husband for xmas, as I bought him a sony ereader previously, days before the kindle came out over here DOH!!

He has, however, been dropping HUGE hints that he wants a fire, but as they havent even said that they will be even releasing it in the UK, I am in a quandry. I asked him, and he said that he is willing to wait.

Oh enjoy! Its fab. Would be interested on your opinion on whether Joe M would be a good choice for the lead. I think he would be awesome. He is a big brute of a fellow, but with a kind heart.

Have you read Neil G and Terry Pratchett's novel Good Omens. It's hysterical.

Not recently. I read it about 7 or 8 years ago I reckon. I remember at the time I lived in Glasgow and I would travel to work on the bus. I would read during my journey, and remember laughing out loud to this. I often do that actually, when reading Pratchett

Well I finally finally finished the Lisbeth Salander trilogy. Took forever but I'm not sorry I read it. Good books! I was really worried they were gonna have a shit ending but phew, all good!

I just finished Mindy Kaling's book at the airport. It was very funny, makes me think we'd be great friends in real life.

And yup, I've hit the nerdiest of all nerds, I reread the first The Hunger Games book. I couldn't help it, they keep showing all these trailers and the movie doesn't come out for another month and a half, lol!!!!

My parents got me a new Kindle Fire HD for my birthday, so I've been playing with that a lot lately. I finished a book called The Child Thief by Brom.
http://www.amazon.com/The-Child-Thief-ebook/dp/B002LUHZ5A/ref=sr_1_1?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1361232701&sr=1-1&keywords=the+child+theif

I really, really liked it... until the end. Whoa nelly, was i disappointed in that ending!!!!!!!!!!!! A couple other people I know that read it didn't have a problem with the ending, so it could be just me, but goodness, it felt super rushed and open ended. Otherwise, I found it very interesting.
