Oh not any more. I'm in a wonderful mood now. I just am having a very hard time keeping my eyes open. Earlier today I could have ripped someone a new one, but I'm all laid back. they should get me to advertise the stuff. I would make them a bundle.

That's true, but they could do a before and after, and everybody could see the difference. It works really well on my daughter too, and trust me, she's extremely scarey before she takes it.

SDoes it have any after affects or side affects?

Nope! None at all except making me sleepy but doesn't even make her sleepy. Just makes you less irritable, takes away the bloating, takes away the headache, and all those other nasty little symptoms that go along with it. I go to sleep but not hard to wake up and when you wake up naturally you feel normal. No grogginess like I have with Tylenol PM, but I only need to take it a couple of times a month, and she needs it maybe a couple of times for two days.

Wonder if I can get it in the UK people keep wanting me back on Oil of Evening Primrose but it's expensive.

I'm sorry. I don't mean to laugh. I know how my cycle affects me so I feel for you I really do, or maybe I should feel for the people around us instead, but if they wouldn't be so damn stupid when I'm feeling grouchy then maybe they wouldn't hear about themselves.

No, but seriously if you get overstressed around then, I definitely recommend looking for it. There are two kinds, and I think Midol might have a version to, but make sure you get the ones that say for irritability because one of them also works for fatigue but that doesn't work for the irritability so you need to know which one bothers you more.
